Milan deny Essien has Ebola story

Mr.rights have learnt that, rumours in the African media that Michael Essien contracted Ebola.
Contrary to the earlier published story, Milan have been forced to “categorically deny”
The reports have been swirling round several websites this weekend and the club released a statement assuring these claims were “totally without foundation.”
They had even used quotes from Milan Press officer Riccardo Coli, but these too were confirmed as false by the club statement.
“It has come to a big shock to everyone involved with the club but we are optimistic for Essien,” were the fake comments circulated by the Daily Times Nigeria and Newswire NGR.
“He is a very strong person and the Ebola has been caught in the early stages. He’s in experts hands so he should be fine.”
Essien’s team Ghana played a 1-1 draw in Guinea on Saturday, which is one of the hotspots for the Ebola pandemic.
The player himself also addressed the reports on Twitter and Instagram.
“I'm very fit and very healthy, No truth in the internet rumours that I have contracted Ebola. im well & will be training as usual tomorrow.
“The Ebola virus is a very serious issue and people shouldn't joke about it. Whoever wrote this article is very unprofessional and insensitive...!!!”

The new Controller of the Ogun Area Command of the Nigeria Customs Service, Michael Ojobo Agbara, has promised to consolidate on the efforts put in place by his predecessors at the office. Few weeks ago, my attention was drawn to an agitprop and hogwash material circulated online by agents of the Senate President titled: Brief History of Kwara Must Change anchor (Tinubu’s Agent in Kwara). My initial reaction was to ignore it because i do not think it is worthy of my response. However, i am now forced to issue this response because of genuine concerns by friends and associates concerning the content of the material. The material, which also made it to the front page of nairaland, Africa’s largest forum was circulated by emissary of the ruling government in Kwara State in a desperate attempt to link the Pro-Democracy struggle of Kwara Must Change to end oppression and enthrone people’s governance to some imaginary sponsors that do not exist anywhere.
