YOU CANNOT REAP WHERE YOU DID NOT SOW: A MESSAGE TO FELA DUTOYE AND HIS CO-TRAVELERS.

Dr Jay Samuel YO I first met Fela Durotoye, FD as he is popularly called in August of 2017. This meeting was brokered by Pastor Jim Bent who was introduced to me by Naseer Daura the erstwhile Interim National Secretary of ANN. I later found out that Jim and Daura have been friends from their days in the Nigerian Military School. My meeting with FD took place in my hotel room at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. This meeting that I thought would be a one-hour exploratory discussion to my amazement, started at 8pm and ended at well past midnight! After that meeting I was perplexed trying to make sense of all what we discussed. Two things that I could take away from that meeting was that FD wanted to court my friendship as a way of guaranteeing the ANN ticket and that he believes he is on a spiritual journey that had been ordained by God so he set out to bamboozle me with all sorts of revelations and prophesies to make me have no choice than to offer the ANN ticket to him right th

If i speak, Nigeria will boil says ANN Chairman, as he frowns on party hijackers and godfathers

The National Chairman of Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN), Dr. Jay Osi-Samuels has narrated how the party was rescued from highjackers and godfathers, saying it was not an easy task dealing with political and so called spiritual godfathers. " If i open my mouth and speak, Nigeria will boil'' he says. In a speech he delivered at the party’s national convention in Abuja on Wednesday, he said the party which is ideologically different from others suddenly found itself in the hands of godfathers, some of whom had hidden under the banner of church spiritual fathers. He further explained that forces of godfathers would have succeeded as a result of moles they planted in the party, but some genuine members within the fold stood up in defence of the party and its ideology. “Some powerful forces were surreptitiously working to disintegrate the party, they planted moles into the party and they almost succeeded in hijacking the structure of the party.” Dr. Osi-Samuels fur

Alliance for New Nigeria has at its special convention and presidential primary  in Abuja on Wednesday expelled its former National Chairman, Dania Emmanuel and former Deputy National  Secretary, Mr. Osita Okonkwo from the party. Dania and Okonkwo were removed and expelled for anti-party activities. Recall that it has been reported that Dania Emmanuel and a former presidential aspirant under the party allegedly received hush money from the All Progressive Congress (APC) to compromise the party and stop Global Business man, Olawepo Hashim. The party, through a resounding voice vote of delegates from across the federation expelled the dou. The party also announced that it is now in strategic alliance with People’s Trust (PT) for the purpose of presidential and other political office for the 2019 general election. In addition to the Alliance with People's Trust, ANN also announced that 7 other political parties, which also saw the beauty in ANN's agenda are currently

Why Kanye West gave wife $1million

Image
A brand offered Kim K $1million to be their brand Ambassador, but her husband, Kanye West asked her not to take the job and she rejected the big money offer. Even though it was hard for her to reject, she said she had to do it. Then the following week, a flower was brought to the house, and attached to it was a note from Kanye West, saying thank you to his wife for always listening and supporting him. Guess what? He compensated her with $1million. The exact amount the company offered. But in addition, he gave her a contract paper as co-owner of his fashion business. Question: If you are Kim Kardashian, will you reject a $1million offer because your husband asked you to?

I was Never Offered Neither Have I Received 750m Or Any Money From Any Party - Durotoye

PRESS RELEASE BY FELA DUROTOYE Tuesday, 2nd October 2018 Lagos, Nigeria A few days ago, my attention was brought to an article that alleged that “APC deployed 1.3billion Naira to stop Hashim as Fela Durotoye got N750m to split ANN”. The article further alleged that conditions for my receiving this money stated that after my campaign would have gained significant momentum, I would step down for the current vice-president. My initial reaction was to consider this piece of fake news to be a crass joke and ignore it, knowing fully well that this is absolutely FALSE and there is no iota of truth in it. But realizing that we live in a generation where whatever trends on social media can often be mistaken as truth, I felt it would be necessary to be clear on this matter. For the avoidance of doubt, I have never been offered nor have I ever received any money from any political party, interest groups or religious bodies. I have also heard rumors that my campaign has also received f

ANN suspend National Chairman, fixes Wednesday for presidential primary

Image
The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN) has dismissed as dubious, the National Convention of the party, held in Abuja September 29, to elect the party’s presidential candidate.  The party said after a meeting at the Bon Hotel Stratton that the convention for the election of a presidential candidate has only just been fixed for Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at a venue to be announced shortly in Abuja” The leaders called on “ANN members and the public to either ignore anyone parading him or herself as its presidential aspirant, or at best, be regarded as a jester” For the records, the National Executive Committee (NEC) said in the statement that the so-called Abuja 29th September convention was invalid because it did not comply with the Section 3, Sub-Section B (i) of the ANN Constitution.  The section states, “that the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party shall convene the National Convention and appoint a Convention Organising
