JUDICIARY Gets Full Financial Independence (autonomy), suspend strike



The federal Government has signed an MOU to implement the court Judgement granting the Judiciary autonomy FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE meaning the Judicial arm of Government will now get their monetary allocation directly from source and no longer needs to lobby for funds. this has led Judiciary workers (JUSUN) to suspend their planned strike action.

I do not know when GTB suddenly become this kind of a useless bank, but what one of My friend is currently experiencing is very frustrating and a betrayal of customers trust. This is what happened. A friend of mine (Ib) operate a GTB savings account in Ilorin, Kwara state, but due to his kind of job, he suddenly find himself in Delta state, a remote town that only one bank operates there (ECOBANK). Whenever he needs to lodge money into his account, there is no way to do that, but finally, he had an agreement with the ECOBANK in the town. One of the ECOBANK staff would receive the amount to be lodged in cash, then transfer the amount to his GTB account. This has been the way since he gets to that town. And if they need to withdraw cash for any reason, of course, the ATM is there. But for the past 3 weeks, my friend IB has been unable to withdraw money from his GTB account. Foundation for Peace Professionals (FPP) has intercepted a trending and disturbing video online, in which soldiers of the Nigerian army are seen in the video, marching two (2) harmless civilians into a location for execution, over the simple offense of coming out during curfew as heard from one of the soldiers. As the heart breaking video proceeded, the two harmless citizens were seen being gunned down by 3 soldiers who were also celebrating the heinous crime against humanity. Immediate past Acting Director-General (D-G) of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Mr Mohammed Dauda, has disclosed that he fought off attempts by Messrs. Babagana Kingibe, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and his protégé and incumbent D-G of the NIA, Mr. Rufai Abubakar, and Abba Kyari, President Muhammadu Buhari's Chief of Staff, to steal $44million NIA intervention fund.
