BEYOND THE YAHOO YAHOO ENDORSEMENT OF PRESIDENT JONATHAN
GASKIYA TAFI KOBO (TRUTH IS BETTER THAN CASH)

I heard that the National Working Committee of the people democratic party (PDP) have undemocratically endorsed president Goodluck Jonathan for a second term, but we must note that, this is not what the people of Nigeria wants. It is against our will to continue with luck without hard work.
Despite giving Nigerians pain and agony, exposing our lives to massive poverty and unparalleled insecurity, those who claimed to represent the people in PDP went ahead to endorse the man who is leading Nigeria astray.

Let me state that, this purported endorsement of Mr.Jonathan can only hold in the houses of those who claimed to have made the endorsement, Nigerians would never fall in line to such an inhuman endorsement.
The endorsement was without any consultation with the people they claim to represent,because if they inform the people what they are about to do on their behave, certainly, over 70% of Nigerians would reject such endorsement.
We all remember the 90year old woman, Madam Omiekumo Numo who led a group of angry people in Beyelsa State to protest the untold hardship inflicted upon the citizens of Nigeria by Mr. Jonathan. It doesn’t matter where one lives in today's Nigeria, the failure of Mr. Jonathan is self evident even to people in his immediate community in Bayelsa state.
If the election is to be conducted today, I have no doubt that majority of Nigerians would reject the president without a second thought.
The greatest rejection of Mr.Jonathan would have come from the northern part of the country considering the fact that North is the mostly hit in this act of misdirection.
‘’It is in the north that over 200 girls have been stolen for over 4 months without any trace or hope to bringing them back home’’
‘’It is in Northern part of the country that on a daily basis, people are cruelly murdered by bokoharam with govt watching helplessly since 2011.’’
‘’Unknown gunmen are rampant in the same region killing and maiming everyday without restriction.’’
How can those who are at the receiving end of all these support such a crazy endorsement?
This is apart from the general insecurity of lives and properties in every part of the country.
It is apart from the over 54% youth unemployment in the country.
It is also apart from the dropping of power supply to our various homes and work places with increasing bills on a monthly basis.
While former president Olusegun Obasanjo brought Nigeria out of debt, Mr.Jonathan returned Nigeria to debt.
While Obasanjo’s inaugurated EFCC lifted Nigeria away from second most corrupt nation in the world to about 54, Mr. Jonathan comfortable placed Nigeria right back to the worst.
While Nigeria’s forces who are mostly regarded as best in Africa under previous administration, they have been reduced to a laughing stock under Mr. Jonathan.
Without any doubt, if those who purportedly made the endorsement of the man who is infilcting such a wicked burden on the people made consultation with the governed, certainly, they would never have made such a yahoo yahoo endorsement on behave of the people.
According to (Edetaen Ojo (2004), ‘’how can sovereignty belong to people if they have no control over the people who are elected to represent them? And the only way they can have control is to be able to say at anytime, “If you are acting on my behalf or my interest, let me know what you are doing on my behalf”.
In view of this, how can these leaders who claim to be representing the people endorse the man inflicting pain on the people without the peoples consent? This is a gross violation of the privileges entrusted in their care.
My message to President Jonathan is that,’’ don’t be carried away by the yahoo yahoo endorsement, Nigerians have already rejected you since 2012 when you lied and destroyed many lives as a result of the fuel subsidy whose fund were later said to be missing’’.
As far as Nigerians are concerned, the 2015 election is not a time to contemplate about throwing Mr.Jonathan out or not, it is a time to correct the error of 2011 by replacing him with more capable hands. Nigerians are eagerly waiting for the 2015 poll for one main reason, to vote Mr.Jonathan out disgracefully.
We are aware that the presidents purported endorsement didn’t happen on a plata of gold, it was accompanied by cash in billions, plus other political favors. But how long should we continue to remind our leaders that GASKIYA TAFI KOBO? (TRUTH IS BETTER THAN CASH)
While kobo (cash) may be valuable in a main time, it can not save you from future shame, neither can it buy gaskiya (truth) that you have sold. Those who receive cash would leave the cash for others eventually, but the truth shall always be there for or against you, dead or alive.
If PDP like, let the them continue to endorse Mr.president from January till December, that endorsement will not hold on the day of election.
The Nigerian people would dis endorse him by endorsing the right candidate to lead Nigeria out of this almost failing state.

Victim Kwara Must Change has compiled at least, 14 names of victims murdered in the deadly armed robbery attack that took place in Offa Community, Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State. If you have been following the American hip hop scene lately, you must have heard about the beef between Drake and Pusha T, the President of kanye West Good Music. On Friday, Pusha T dropped Daytona, a 21-minute album currently making wave in America. Closing out the album’s seven-track run was “Infrared,” a lyrical track addressing the dubious artistry of Drake, a longtime thorn in Push’s side. On the infrared track, Pusha T slammed Drake once again for using ghost writer and many others. In the usual Drake manner, the God’s Plan hit maker fired back with a track titled “Duppy Freestyle”—released less than 24 hours after Pusha T’s album dropped, where he dispensed the grievances about his history with ghostwriting. Drake went further to drag Kanye West into the rap battle, saying he had once assisted Kanye on a track, a collaboration well aknowleded by Mr. West.
