Soldier escape death from Sambisa forest, murdered by herdsmen

A soldier whose name was not mentioned have been murdered by herdsmen, after being redeployed out of sambisa forest in Borno state.

A friend to the diseased, Ololu Idris Sadam‎ took to Kwara Must Change group on facebook to lament the passage of his friend.

He wrote:

Bros, am still shock over your death. You escape death in sambisa forest but unknowingly death awaits you in hands of herdsmen. What a black Saturday, RIP uzoo till we meet again

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)has built a massive edifice along Jabbi and Airport Road, which is going to be used as its new head office. Mr Rights sighted the new structure, which is located directly opposite National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) headquarters, Abuja. Obasanjo, Buhari Planning Interim Govt —FG

The Minister of Police Affairs, Jelili Adesiyan, on Monday, said a plot by former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) to form an interim government has been uncovered. The minister said this in Lagos at the launch of a book titled, ‘Watch the Watcher,’ written by an activist, Yinka Odumakin, in reaction to Obasanjo’s controversial book, ‘My Watch’. Adesiyan said he had already directed the Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba; and the Department of State Service to arrest anybody that made inflammatory statements ahead of the 2015 elections. He said, “Many of those in the APC are disgruntled PDP members who are no longer relevant and because they could not have their way, they have started to heat up the polity. Kwara Must Change feels bewildered and surprised that the Kwara State government can attempt to justify its shameless cash payment to workers in this digital age. This shameless justification was contained in a statement by the state government via its facebook page, while reacting to Kwara Must Change accusation on the matter, urging it to stop the practice henceforth.
