Nigerian Music rules the world, as Wizkid emerge best international act

In what turns out to be the best moment for Africa and Nigerian music in particular, Nigeria’s star boy, Wizkid has emerged the best International act ahead of U.S heavy weight such as Jay Z, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Cardi B and others.

In a similar feat that further establishes Nigeria’s superiority in the Music world, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido also trashed Wizkid, Sarkodi and others to emerge best African act.

All these happened in just one night, in the 2017 edition of Mobo Award event held at the First Direct Arena, Leeds England.

Jay Z recently got 8 nominations in this year Grammy Award, while Kendrick Lamar got the best act in BET award for 2017 as well as 7 Grammy nominations.

Nigerian music is now the best thing happening in the music world globally and Wizkid, Davido and other Nigerian acts are leading the shine.

Foundation for Peace Professionals (FPP) anti-violence campaign ahead of the 2019 general election, tagged ‘’vote not fight’’ has gained some moral boost, as the Commandant of Special Task Force (Operation Safe Heaven) in Plateau State, Maj General Augustine Agundu declared support for the campaign. The STF commandant, who hailed FPP for its efforts and consistency, particularly on the early warning alerts being regularly sent to the agency, urges the organization to continue to sensitize youths in the ‘’vote not fight’’ campaign and ensure youths stay away from political violence and criminality. Youths in the 3 senatorial districts of Kwara State have urged Alhaji Yaman Abdullahi, a businessman and frontline politician to step into the 2019 governorship race in order to protect the interest of the people. I do not know when GTB suddenly become this kind of a useless bank, but what one of My friend is currently experiencing is very frustrating and a betrayal of customers trust. This is what happened. A friend of mine (Ib) operate a GTB savings account in Ilorin, Kwara state, but due to his kind of job, he suddenly find himself in Delta state, a remote town that only one bank operates there (ECOBANK). Whenever he needs to lodge money into his account, there is no way to do that, but finally, he had an agreement with the ECOBANK in the town. One of the ECOBANK staff would receive the amount to be lodged in cash, then transfer the amount to his GTB account. This has been the way since he gets to that town. And if they need to withdraw cash for any reason, of course, the ATM is there. But for the past 3 weeks, my friend IB has been unable to withdraw money from his GTB account.
