Defection: Agagu, Olabintan Lead Thousands Of PDP Members Into APC In Ondo by Obiagelli(f): 4:57pm Mr. Femi Agagu, the former Chief of Staff and younger brother to late Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Agagu, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Mr. Femi Agagu defected alongside the former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Victor Olabimtan. The duo defected this morning with thousands of supports from the Peoples Democratic (PDP) including past state executives members who served under the administration of the late Olusegun Agagu. A correspodent of Saharareporters who is at the venue of the defection reports that thousands of aggreived PDP members in the state Including key loyal aides of Governor Olusegun Mimiko defected to the APC. Kwara worker commit suicide over unpaid salaries

A staff of Universal basic education (UBE) in Kwara state has reportedly committed suicide over unpaid salaries. The news was broken by a group, Kwara Must Change which said it regretted to bring to public attention, the death of Mr Biodun Bashir, a staff of Universal Basic Education (UBE) in Kwara State at Oyun Local Government, who recently hung himself to death over failure of Kwara State Government to pay workers salaries and their continues denial of owing workers. ''The staff, Mr Biodun Bashir a.k.a. 'Legal', who is a driver working under UBE committed suicide by hanging on Saturday, 28th October 2017''. Kwara Must Change call for immediate arrest of Nigeria's Senate President

A popular Pro-Democracy group in Kwara State Nigeria, ‘’Kwara Must Change’’ has called for the immediate arrest of Nigeria's Senate President, Bukola Saraki in other to unravel the source of the N12 billion Saraki claimed to have used to sponsor the 2015 general election. The group, through a released signed by its State Coordinator, Yusuf Olohuntoyin during the weekend noted that, several billions of naira belonging to the people of Kwara State have been diverted into personal pocket over the years and it is time to account for them.
