Nigerian ex-football player win council election in poland



A Nigerian-born ex footballer, Justin Nnorom has been elected into the Dabrowka constituency to represent the council in Poland, reports euro news.

He defeated others in an election held on Sunday in Dabrowka council.

Honourable Justin Nnorom, who will serve for four years as the Representative, said his top priorities will be Education, Sports, Recreation and Culture, Infrastructure, Urban Planning as well as proper use of EU regional development funds, tackling unemployment, improving on health and welfare issues and tackling environmental issues.

Justin Nnorom hails from Imo State. He played for BCC Lions of Gboko before moving to Poland after signing a deal with a Polish side.
