Update on 15/70 year old marriage debacle- MrRights

This lady is not 15 year old as being claimed. She is actually 20.

But her situation is one of many things wrong with the northern Nigeria.

This is her 3rd marriage.

At age 20.

I mean at 20, she has been married thrice, divorced twice.

Isn't that worrisome?

Although, she wasn't forced into this marriage with her 75 year old husband as being insinuated, but the society has forced her into a life of perpetual misery and psychological instability.

What can a girl of 20, who has been married 3 times teach her kids? What did she know actually?

I won't be surprised if this lady already had more than 3 kids from her 2 previous marriage.

Now she is in her 3rd marriage and life goes on.

Eligibility For 2015: S-court Dismisses Suit Against Jonathan ABUJA-The Supreme Court, Tuesday, dismissed the suit seeking to stop President Goodluck Jonathan from vying for a re-election next year. A five-man panel of Justices of the apex court presided over by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Mahmud Mohammed, struck out the appeal which was filed before it by a Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, from Adamawa State, Dr. Umar Ardo. Delivering the ruling, the CJN, accused Ardo of inviting the Supreme Court to arrest a proceeding pending before the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal. Stop using and dumping PDP members, Mu’azu threatens Jonathan

The National Chairman of the ruling People’s Democratic Party, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, has told President Goodluck Jonathan to stop using and dumping members of the party. He said the idea of someone working for the party and others reaping the fruits must stop. Mu’azu spoke in Abuja on Tuesday at the inauguration of the Presidential Campaign Organisation of the party, which was attended by President Goodluck Jonathan. The campaign is being headed by a former Chairman of the party, Senator Amodu Ali. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have no other choice than listen to the advise of the nations security agencies which call for the election postponement, citing security reasons. While it may be true that the security agencies seems to be influenced by some political considerations, we must remain calm and give peace a chance since the action is still within the law. Although, there are reasons to be worried. Nigerians must be worried that, this government has had 6 years to fix the security of the nation, but it has failed to do so.
