One verse can be so lovely and enthralling Like one verse in the holy Quran that says, ‘’Enter absolutely into peace. Do not follow in the footsteps of Satan. He is an outright enemy to you.” One verse can be so awesome and instructive Like a biblical verse that says, “To answer before listening — that is folly and shame.” However, one verse can also be so dangerous and destructive Actually, one verse is the problem of every religion in the world Because of one verse, humans are being slaughtered and murdered all over the world Just because of one verse, Islam was divided into many sects and denominations, yet one verse says let the religion be united as one. Oba Of Benin's Challenge To Islam and Christianity

Oba of Benin Kingdom, Oba Akenzua N'Iso n'orro II, who reigned between 1933 – 1978 after the death of Eweka II, threw a challenge to the so called religious people of the world, particularly Christianity and Islam. The Oba challenged them to give him one reason, why he should abandon the Benin religion in favor of any other religion. He said: "I would rather serve my God in the Benin way;I would rather worship him in the Benin manner; I will sing songs of praise to him in the Benin custom;Unless it can be proven to me that he does not understand the Benin language" No person has been able to respond to this challenge 40 years after the Oba died. I am now throwing back this challenge to each and everyone of us so as to engage in a real intellectual debate over our faith and religion. Another Female law graduate vow to attend call to bar with hijab next year

Following the refusal of Nigeria Law School to call Miss Firdaus Amasa to bar for refusing to take off her hijab last week, another female law graduate from University of Ilorin, Laylah Al-Mubarakah has vow to attend the same programme next year with her hijab on. The father of the lady, Alhaji Abubakar Aliagan, a lecturer in the university of Ilorin went to social media to announce the resolve of his daughter in solidarity with Firdaus. He stated that, ''MY DAUGHTER, EVEN IF AM NOT ALIVE AND THE MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED........YOU RECEIVE MY BLESSINGS........IN THE LIKE MANNER THE FATHER OF FIRDAUS IS NOT DISTURBED'' Alhaji ABubakar Aliagan wrote on his facebook page as follows: Firdaus Amasa is a daughter of a dear friend.
